As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with over 8 years of experience, I am passionate about helping women heal and grow through a holistic, personalized approach. My work integrates experiential techniques, somatic practices, and trauma-informed therapy to help you connect with your mind and body on a deeper level. I specialize in supporting individuals through trauma recovery, utilizing a compassionate and tailored approach that honors each person's unique experience. One of the unique services I offer is Walk & Talk therapy, where we take our sessions outdoors at local parks. This relaxed, natural setting fosters openness and can lead to fresh insights as we talk and move together. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse settings, including residential treatment centers, crisis intervention in hospitals, and providing bilingual services to unaccompanied minors. My background also includes providing inpatient mental health counseling, and I hold certification as a Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (TF-CBT), specializing in trauma-informed care for children and families affected by abuse and neglect. With my extensive experience and deep commitment to healing, I’m here to help you on your journey toward transformation and personal growth.
